Dual-Mode Order Workflow
Rule-based order routing helps businesses manage transactions by customer type, offering customized pricing and checkout experiences. For B2B transactions, it includes bulk pricing and terms for wholesalers. For B2C, it integrates with POS systems for a smooth retail checkout. This approach effectively caters to both wholesale and retail customers, optimizing revenue while addressing each segment's unique needs.
Multi-Warehouse Dashboard
Operators can manage multiple shops, each containing several warehouses with unique stock inventories and settings. Users can monitor stock levels, request transfers, and track inventory movements from a single dashboard. A user account can connect to multiple shops with tailored permissions, allowing different access levels for warehouses within the same shop for precise inventory management.
Flexible Announcements and Business Data
The Announcements Module enables users with permission to create and send notices to current warehouses, ensuring customers receive updates on stock, policy changes, and operational information. Announcements can be tailored to specific customer types (wholesale/retail), making them ideal for promotional launches. Access controls provide precise management over who can create, edit, or remove announcements in each warehouse.
The business data module provides users with insights through an intuitive dashboard. It features real-time metrics for informed decision-making, including sales trends, best-selling products, and inventory performance. These tools enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Advanced Inter-Warehouse Inventory Transfers
The implemented multi-stage transfer workflow acts as a critical internal supply chain, ensuring inventory is always in the right place at the right time. This is not a simple stock edit but a tracked, permission-based process that maintains audit integrity and prevents stock discrepancies.
Each transfer moves through clear statuses (Requested, Approved, Rejected, Shipped, Completed). This provides real-time visibility into the movement of goods between locations. When a transfer is approved, the stock is deducted from the sending warehouse's "available" count but is not yet added to the receiving warehouse. This prevents the item from being sold from either location until the transfer is completed, a crucial feature for inventory accuracy.
